Big hearts. Little group. No
judgement.
An inclusive after school program where every child is welcome, just as they are.
Our Story
Founded by a mom and educator who knows what it’s like to want more for your child — more understanding, more support, and a space where they truly belong.
Welcome to the 3 O'Clock Club
Hi, I’m Monique, a mom, educator, and the heart behind The 3 O’Clock Club.
This program was born from a deeply personal place. As a mother of neurodiverse children, I know what it’s like to yearn for a place where your child truly belongs — a place where their quirks are not just tolerated but understood, accepted, and celebrated. A place where you don’t have to explain every little thing. A place where you can breathe.
I’ve felt the weight of navigating systems that weren’t built with our kids in mind. I’ve carried the ache of wondering if there would ever be a space that saw my children the way I see them: full of potential, brilliance, and beauty, even if that shows up differently.
So I created The 3 O’Clock Club, not just for my own children but for yours too. This small, home-based program is my way of building the world I once longed for. A world where parents of neurodiverse children never have to feel like there’s no place for them. A world where every child is known by name, accepted for who they are, and wrapped in the kind of care that feels like family.
In addition to being a mom, I hold a master’s degree in Curriculum and Instruction and have years of experience supporting children with diverse needs, both in and outside the classroom. I bring both professional training and personal understanding to every part of this program.
Here, we don’t “fix” kids. We support them. We meet them where they are. We cheer for every small win, we adapt to every unique need, and we make space for every big feeling.
At The 3 O’Clock Club, your child belongs. And so do you.
