About Us

At The 3 O’Clock Club, we believe every child deserves a space where they feel safe, accepted, and celebrated. Our home-based after-school program is intentionally designed to be inclusive and responsive to the unique needs of each child we serve.

We welcome children ages 2 to 14, and we do not turn children away based on behaviors or developmental differences. While we are not a medical facility, we encourage families to reach out if advanced medical support is needed—we’re committed to having open conversations about how we can best support your child.

Snacks are provided based on your child’s preferences. I’ll take inventory up front to make sure we’re stocking things they’ll enjoy. Families are also welcome to donate snacks if they’d like to contribute.

Safety is at the core of our environment. We’ve put intentional measures in place, including:

  • Cameras at every exit

  • Child-safe locks on cabinets and fridge.

  • Anchored furniture throughout the space.

We also offer homework help for school-aged children, creating a calm, supportive space to get tasks done before heading home.

Because we work so hard to truly know and serve each child, we have limited slots available. As we grow, more spaces will open up. Families are encouraged to apply to be added to our waitlist, and will be notified as soon as a space becomes available for their child.

We are currently looking to grow into offering before-school care as well. Stay tuned, or reach out if that’s something your family needs!

Our daily programming is shaped by the interests and strengths of the children in our care. We focus on engagement, empowerment, and joy. Potty training is not a requirement—children are welcome exactly as they are.

We take a strengths-based, positive approach to behavior, believing in support over punishment and in nurturing self-confidence through trust and connection. We use visual schedules and timers to support routines, reduce anxiety, and help children feel prepared for what’s next. We also work to support the sensory needs of each child in various ways throughout the day.
